Pulled Beef Sliders with Horseradish Sauce

~ Ingredients ~

– @e3meatco boneless beef chuck

– 1 medium white onion

– 1 can @troegsbeer Troegenator

– 1/2 container of beef broth

– 1 package of @kingshawaiian slider rolls

– 1 pack of provolone cheese

– 2 tbsp chives

– @burchbarrel “The Whole Hog” seasoning

– 1/4 cup prepared horseradish

– 1 cup sour cream

– 1 tbsp @itsauceofficial

– 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce

– 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

– salt/pepper to taste

~ How To –

Start by trimming up your @e3meatco boneless beef chuck. Douse with @burchbarrel The Whole Hog Seasoning and place aluminum man. Pour half the container of beef broth, 1 can of @troegsbeer Troegenator and sliced onions in the pain. Get in on the @burchbarrel between 250-300 for approximately 3-4 hours to braise until internal temp reaches 205. Rest and shred the beef. I used my @meatermade to ensure the temp was perfect!

In a mixer combine, sour cream, horseradish, It Sauce, Dijon mustard, worcestershire sauce and salt/pepper. Set aside. Cut your @kingshawaiian slider rolls in half and layer on your beef, provolone, onions (from the braise), horseradish sauce and place the top of the rolls back on top. I coated the top of the rolls with some of the leftover juice from from the cook. Back on the @burchbarrel for 20 minutes. Cut, serve and enjoy!
