- 1/4 cup whiskey (preference)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon crushed peppercorn
~ How To ~
Start by heating up your cast iron to medium/high heat. Add your whiskey, peppercorn, beef broth, heavy cream and kosher salt. Stir until it slightly thickens and pull from heat. Grill your bavette steak to 125 indirect and finish with a reverse sear to a medium rare finish. Cut the steak and pour the whiskey peppercorn sauce over to finish!
