~ Ingredients~
- 2 @e3meatco baseball cut sirloins
- 1 18oz jar of @smuckersbrand peach preserves
- 1/4 stick of butter
- 1 shot of @rabbithole or favorite whiskey
- 2 tbsp of light brown sugar
- 1 tsp rosemary chopped fine
- 2 rosemary sprigs (steak)
~ How To ~
Start by creating your whiskey peach and rosemary sauce. In your cast iron, add your butter, peach preserves, whiskey, brown sugar and rosemary. Reduce and let simmer until ready to serve. Douse your @e3meatco baseball cut sirloins with @oaklanddust himalayan salt & pepper on all sides. Fire up your @burchbarrel or other grilling device and sear all sides for approximately 2 minutes. Cook indirect at 400 degrees until temperature reaches 125 internally. I added a sprig of rosemary to the top of each steak for the duration of the cook. Add your whiskey peach and rosemary sauce to the plate, top with your baseball cut sirloin and enjoy!
